Terms for using CRE Loans USA

These Terms of Use apply when you visit creloansusa.com or submit information through CRE Loans USA (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Referral Service

CRE Loans USA is a lead referral service and is not a bank, broker acting as your fiduciary, or direct lender. We may introduce an inquiry to third-party lenders, brokers, or finance providers. We do not represent every provider in the market and do not guarantee that a provider will be available for a particular transaction.

No Offer or Approval

Site content, qualification results, lender matches, estimates, and communications are general information. They are not a commitment to lend, credit approval, rate lock, term sheet, appraisal, or offer of financing. Any provider may require additional documents, conduct credit and background checks with authorization, obtain third-party reports, and approve or decline the request under its own criteria.

Your Information

You agree to provide current, accurate information and to submit an inquiry only for a lawful business or commercial purpose. You authorize us to use and share the information as described in the Privacy Policy so that we and participating providers can review and respond to the inquiry.

Communications Consent

When you record the consent shown with the qualification form, you authorize CRE Loans USA to share the inquiry with participating providers and authorize us and those providers to contact you by phone or email about that inquiry. You can request that communications stop through the channel used to contact you.

Provider Terms and Costs

A third-party provider is responsible for disclosing its rates, fees, repayment terms, collateral requirements, closing conditions, and other material terms. You are responsible for reviewing provider documents and seeking independent financial, legal, tax, or real estate advice when appropriate. CRE Loans USA may receive compensation from providers for introductions.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for your own lawful commercial financing inquiry and informational research. You may not interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading data, impersonate another person, scrape the Site at scale, distribute malicious code, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Site design, brand assets, text, graphics, and software are owned by CRE Loans USA, Leads Tech, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit Site material without written permission, except for ordinary personal use of publicly available information.

Third-Party Services

The Site may link to or exchange information with third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's underwriting decisions, products, representations, availability, security, or performance.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, a particular financing result, or that every piece of information will remain current. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRE Loans USA, Leads Tech, and their personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use, a provider decision, a transaction, or reliance on Site content. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and Severability

We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. Continued Site use after a revision means the revised terms apply. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
